A private Course in the comfort of your own home, a local studio or online
My hypnobirthing masterclass private course is inspired and creatively put together providing you with all you need to know to prepare for the arrival of your little one in one succinct course which fits around busy lifestyles. A combination of live, pre-recorded and written content, from a hypnobirthing coach who delivers training to midwives within the NHS, my course gives you another perspective to go alongside NHS advice.

A full antenatal preparation course bespoke to you with time to ask questions on a 1:1 basis.

I can provide you with what you need to feel able to manage pain realistically and feel excited about your birth.

​A 30 min consultation call (online) to meet you both and understand any specifics within your pregnancy and birth planning you want to focus on.

2x coaching sessions face to face or online typically 4 hours of open discussion and interactive learning which promotes a shared experience avoiding that feeling of being 'talked at'.​ Availability for sessions is on a Monday or Saturday evening.
​

Sessions delivered by me, your local hypnobirthing specialist who is familiar with the local hospital trust guidelines and policies in maternity care and someone who is training midwives in Musgrove Park Hospital. ​​

Opportunity to ask questions as and when you have them from when your course begins up until the arrival of your baby.​​​

How does the course work?
You and your birth partner (where relevant) will be coached through the masterclass which is approximately 4 hours. The beauty of it being a private course is that there are no other couples present and you can take your course on dates/times to suit you. You can also use the consultation call to determine which of the below topics you feel are most relevant to you and if there are any you would prefer to tailor to your circumstances a bit more.
A private course is perfect if:

The group course dates don't fit your availability.

You are further along in pregnancy and do not have time to wait for fixed group course dates.

You have done hypnobirthing before and would like to focus on specific things in your course rather than all of the below you may already know.

You live further away and need an online course.

Your birth partner is anything like my husband and when you talk to them about taking a course, they say, "no way am I sitting in a group talking about this stuff!"
As this is a private course it's hard to say exactly the length of time I will spend with you. I will share the masterclass with you and then there will be time to ask questions. Typically I will be with you for around 4 hours held across 2x sessions covering full antenatal birth preparation on a 1:1 basis.
Sessions take place at your home (cost of travel covered within 5 mile radius of Taunton town centre, charged per mile thereafter - please enquire before booking), in a private venue (pictured below) in Taunton or online. Availability for sessions is on a Monday or Saturday evening.

You will also have mini masterclasses pre-recorded to go through in your own time.

N.B As this is a masterclass course, there will be an element of reading/watching videos to be undertaken in your own time in addition to attending the session.
