Power Hours for Labour
& Birth

Already completed an antenatal or hypnobirthing course but feeling like you have something specific you want to discuss with a birth coach?

 

Not feeling like you want to book a whole course but want to chat some things through about your labour & birth?

 

Or booking a Happy Birth Coach course and feeling like you would like additional support on top?

 

If the answer is yes to any of those, then why not book a power hour (or a few). These sessions are intended to give you the choice over how you want to use my time in supporting you. There are a wide range of topics that you may want to use my expertise for including:

• The induction process

• Water birth

• Birth planning

• The 4th trimester

• Pain relief options

• Home birth planning

These are the perfect opportunity for you to book some dedicated time for you and your labour & birth. Share with me what you would like information or support for and use my time how you wish. Ask questions and come away feeling more knowledgeable, supported and prepared for labour & birth.

Power hours can be booked at a time/date that suits you (availability is on Monday & Saturday evenings only) - minimum of 1 hour and they take place online on Microsoft Teams. It is £50 for one power hour or you can book a bundle of 2 power hours for £75. As below, there is an upgrade package available for private masterclass course clients or you can book them as a standalone option.

Group course and power hour(s):

If you are planning to book a group course option, the addition of a power hour(s) allows you the extension of private 1:1 support, by the hour focused solely on your circumstances. The best of both worlds – connection with others on a group course as well as tailored support -  for less than the typical cost of the equivalent course with other birth coaches (when based on group course cost and 4x power hours).
